Throughout Future and Drake’s respective careers, they have been connected. When Future was still rising on the Atlanta mixtape scene, he scored a hit with “Tony Montana” that Drake loved. He wasted no time getting into the studio and recording a remix.
Drake and Future had minor tension over “Tony Montana,” when they decided his version was the single. They got through it and Drake soon put together his tour, getting Future as an opener. Once again, tension rose when Future ended up suing Drake.
When asked about Drake, Future said he has no actual issues with him that are enough for him to stop working with him. The two have great musical chemistry and this week saw rumors start about Drake and Future doing a joint project. A photo of a sheet from Universal/Republic leaked revealing this project to be titled Put It All In A Plastic Bag, along with track listing.
