The past year has seen J. Cole triumph in various ways. Releasing an album spur of the moment, J. Cole then went on tour and sold out around the nation. Along with this, he is on the number one hip hop song out and has a Janet Jackson feature under his belt.
J. Cole definitely enjoyed a year most rappers dream of and there are rumblings of another album on the way. His last album was the only platinum rap album of 2014. Furthermore, the project was the first of its kind in over twenty years to go platinum with no features.
Indeed winning on a big scale, J. Cole is simply living life better than his hip hop counterparts. Now, no one can take anything away from his platinum certification. He has crossed one million sales, officially, this week, as he moved 2500 additional copies.
