J. Cole talks music, Dreamville Records, current mindstate, and more with Sway [VIDEO]

J. Cole SwayWithout most even realizing it, North Carolina has run hip hop during the 2014-2015 period. This is all due to J. Cole and 2014 Forest Hills Drive, the biggest rap album of the year. Giving J. Cole his first platinum plaque, the game opened up for him.

J. Cole launched the Forest Hills Drive tour in 2015, using this a vehicle to introduce the Dreamville Records roster. Now, the world is having an up close and personal introduction to artists on the label. All of this is giving even more attention to J. Cole.

Recently, Sway visited J. Cole and they sat down for an interview. In their conversation, J. Cole spoke on quite a bit, giving a deeper look into his mind. They talked about his new music, the label Dreamville Records, his current mindstate, and much more.
