While the hip hop world is focused on Meek Mill and Drake, Nicki Minaj is paying attention to other stories. Outside of the Meek Mill/Drake situation, Nicki Minaj is involved in the Young Money/Cash Money drama, as is Drake.
This week, Birdman talked to Angie Martinez about the supposed beef between him and Lil Wayne in Miami. During the interview, Birdman ended the Lil Wayne beef rumors. He also explained how he is on good terms with Nicki Minaj and Drake.
Nicki Minaj responded to the interview with Angie Martinez and Birdman, giving nothing but compliments. First, she gave Angie Martinez credit for her effort, calling her the “Oprah of hip hop.” In addition to this, Nicki Minaj gave credit to Birdman, calling him one of her best teachers, among other nice comments.
