Troy Ave celebrates with Fat Joe in Miami for the 20th anniversary of “Don Cartagena,” his sophomore album [PHOTO]

Troy Ave 13There are some who don’t agree with how boastful Troy Ave is, as he boldly proclaims to bring New York back. Some argue New York came back long before he made the claim. When it comes down to it, however, he is the only one truly trying to make it happen.

Troy Ave has gone about this thing the right way when it comes to making connections with the veterans. Inspired by 50 Cent, Troy Ave immediately made inroads with G-Unit, before 50 co-signed him. Also, Troy Ave gained the co-sign from Ja Rule and he told his admiration for him, too.

When Troy Ave went down to Miami, he was still putting on for New York, when he ran into Fat Joe. As everyone knows, Miami is pretty much the first home for Fat Joe, now, as he has been going down there for twenty years. Troy Ave ran into him yesterday and they celebrated the Don Cartagena twentieth anniversary over dinner.
