Initially, Meek Mill planned on releasing the album last year, but he was sentenced to prison. Following the album release, Meek Mill wound up in controversy with Joe Budden. This stemmed from comments he made about Meek Mill dating Nicki Minaj.
This morning, Meek Mill visited Power 105.1, talking to “The Breakfast Club” trio of Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy. During the interview, Meek Mill discussed the first week sales of Dreams Worth More Than Money, which was around what he expected. He also discussed the situation with Joe Budden, dating Nicki Minaj, and much more.
