Having been among the most-requested rappers since his prison release, Boosie has shown up everywhere. But, even being everywhere is not enough for most fans. The summer saw Boosie get off to a strong start, releasing his first album in six years during spring break.
Recently, Boosie was booked to perform in Macon, Georgia. He was to headline a club night concert at The Whiskey River, but things did not go as planned. Last minute, Boosie backed out of the concert and this was after some fans paid for $500 VIP seats.
Boosie has a cult following and they were obviously disappointed that he did not show up. They were so angry that they took to Twitter to rant about Boosie after trashing the club, The Whiskey River. Both the promoter and Boosie apologized to the fans, with the promoter promising to give the people their money back.
