Last summer, Rae Sremmurd debuted and began having success with their single, “No Flex Zone.” Produced by Mike WiLL Made It, the duo soon became household names. Early this year, they also found success with “No Type,” then releasing their debut album.
Into the late winter and early spring, Rae Sremmurd released the strip club anthem, “Throw Sum Mo,” with Nicki Minaj and Young Thug. This year has seen Rae Sremmurd completely take over the game. A good percentage of the time, it is them all over the radio.
Rae Sremmurd visited the Bay Area and talked to Shay Diddy at 106 KMEL. In this conversation, they revealed they have a new single in the works. The new single is the introduction to their new album, which they intend to drop in December, which means two albums in one year, comparable to DMX when he debuted, in 1998.
