In 2011, TDE surprised everyone when their music took over the underground level. Meanwhile, the year of 2012 saw them take over the mainstream level. First, it was Kendrick Lamar to take the game and then it was ScHoolboy Q slated to be next.
ScHoolboy Q had a phenomenal year in 2014, releasing Oxymoron and he had success with the single, “Studio,” featuring BJ The Chicago Kid. The song was one of the biggest hits of last summer. Immediately, he began working on his next album.
Recently, ScHoolboy Q did a Q&A on Twitter and fans asked him about his new album. Confirming it was in the works, ScHoolboy Q said his favorite album is his upcoming album and it will drop after Jay Rock comes out with his LP. Meanwhile, on Snapchat, ScHoolboy Q revealed an album file with 26 files in it.
