“Empire” definitely won the entertainment world over when it premiered back in January. Typically known for doing film, Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson are “Empire’s” main characters. Their portrayals helped send Lee Daniels and FOX to number one.
As good as “Empire” was, it only aired eleven episodes, twelve counting the two hour season finale. But, it was a thrilling eleven week run and the fans wanted more. Lee Daniels hoped for another short run, but FOX wanted longer, so they compromised with a two part 18 episode season 2.
Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard hosted the Guys’ Choice Awards this past weekend, and it airs on Spike next week. Both talked to Access Hollywood while they were on the red carpet for the event.
