Ever since he returned with “Loyal,” Chris Brown has been virtually unstoppable. The Virginia native spends most of his time in Los Angeles, but Chris Brown was in Cannes, France. Many of hip hop’s elite filled the city for the annual Cannes Film Festival.
Chris Brown is easily one of the biggest stars in R&B and now that he has no legal issues holding him back, he is everywhere. A good number of the bigger rappers and other stars were also on deck. In several photos, up-and-coming R&B star, Quincy, shows up.
While making his rounds in Cannes, Chris Brown ran into Quincy. In the photo he shared on his Instagram, Chris Brown was with Zoe Kravitz. It looked as if Zoe Kravitz, who is the daughter of Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet (Denise from “The Cosby Show”), was his date for the event.
