Six years ago, Drake hit the mixtape scene hard and had the whole hip hop world looking at him. Making BET and MTV off a mixtape, So Far Gone, the “Best I Ever Had” music video was directed by Kanye West. Within months, Drake was signed to Young Money.
Since 2010, Drake has released four albums and Views From The 6 is his fifth album. Drake announced Views From The 6 last summer and he released the “0 To 100 / The Catch Up” single. This song was a big hit, but it caused friction with Drake and Diddy.
Early this year, Drake surprised the game with another album release, which he also promoted as a mixtape. But, since the spring, Drake has been focused on getting Views From The 6 completed. This evening, a rumored track listing for Views From The 6 leaked on Twitter.
