Tamia talks “Love Life,” Grant Hill, “Basketball Wives,” changes in music, and more with “The Breakfast Club” [VIDEO]

Tamia Breakfast ClubIn the 1990s, Tamia became a major R&B star and she had a couple of hits under her belt. Early in her career, Tamia met and married Grant Hill, who was a major NBA star at the time. Unlike many other relationships in entertainment, they found a way to make it work.

Tamia went on to have minimal success in the 2000s. Back in the day, her single, “Stranger In My House,” led to some wondering if there was trouble in paradise. Fifteen years later, apparently whatever trouble they had was minor, if it existed at all.

For “The Breakfast Club’s” Throwback Thursday series, Tamia is the latest figure to sit down and talk. She spoke to Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy about her career ups and downs. The interview saw her talked about her new album, Love Life, being married to Grant Hill and being parents, “Basketball Wives,” adapting to the changes in music, and much more.
