When many of the current power players were either very young or not even born yet, Toni Braxton and Babyface were a dynamic duo. The two put out tons of classic music together. However, time and differences got in the way of these collaborations for years.
Nothing can stand in the way of destiny, however, and Toni Braxton and longtime collaborator, Babyface, reunited. In 2013, they delivered the single, “Hurt You,” which is Toni Braxton’s record. The song is classic from them, but the nostalgic tone turned on a whole new audience.
This audience was amazed when Toni Braxton and Babyface took the stage to perform “Hurt You” at UNCF. Airing on BET, the world witnessed something it now rarely gets to see when these two performed.
