The world is viewing Taraji P. Henson differently after “Empire” wrapped its first season. Playing the role of Cookie Lyon, Taraji P. Henson has, arguably, the most-compelling character on television she is portraying. It has definitely opened more doors for her.
Earlier this month, Taraji P. Henson revealed she had a new book in the works. This book is something of an autobiography, as Taraji P. Henson is doing her memoirs. While “Empire” is what Taraji P. Henson is best-known for, she has a deep history in entertainment.
Taraji P. Henson has a legion of fans who are awaiting her to reveal any information. A great deal of them are waiting on her to reprise the role of Cookie in “Empire” season two, but many more just want to see her in general. One fan asked Taraji P. Henson, via Twitter, when her book was coming and she said the tentative timeframe is Spring 2016.
