Close to ten years ago, Ne-Yo decided to step into the spotlight. He was in the music industry, prior to, but behind-the-scenes as a songwriter. A year and a half before Ne-Yo made his own debut, he penned Mario’s classic hit, “Let Me Love You.”
Ne-Yo, however, took the spotlight and he became one of the biggest names in R&B. While his career began at Def Jam, Ne-Yo ended up leaving the label. Now, Ne-Yo is the head boss at Motown Records, definitely living out a dream.
TV One and Hello Beautiful tapped Ne-Yo for their “Hello Beautiful Interludes” series. Tomorrow, the show will make its official premiere on television, but has already been taped. A preview of the show is out and it features Ne-Yo performing “She Knows,” but without Juicy J.
