Quietly, Curren$y has become one of the biggest forces in hip hop. A native of New Orleans and a former Young Money member, Curren$y has released a steady flow of new music. Unlike other forces from his native city, Curren$y has kept his movement on the underground.
Among the breakthrough projects Curren$y released were the two albums in the Pilot Talk series. In the years since then, Curren$y has released plenty of other projects. But, he decided to revisit the Pilot Talk series with another release.
Curren$y talked to HotNewHipHop about his current work. Recently, he linked up with RiFF RaFF and they have a new track together. Along with this, Curren$y has the Pilot Talk 3 in the works, which he discussed, along with his desires to sign Joey Fatt$.
