There has always been a unique bond between 2 Chainz and Drake that dates back early in their careers. Back in 2011-2012, 2 Chainz enjoyed a very inspiring rise from the mixtape scene to the mainstream. The man he turned to for his first hit was Drake, resulting in “No Lie.”
2 Chainz went on to release successful albums in 2012 and 2013, enjoying plenty of mainstream success. But, 2 Chainz kept a rather low profile in both 2014 and now 2015. The man who took his place in the mainstream is none other than Drake.
Recently, Drake was performing and 2 Chainz was present for the concert. Always in support of Drake, 2 Chainz decided to have a little fun with his old friend from Toronto. In the middle of his performance, 2 Chainz and his crew ran up on Drake in the middle of his performance, which was filmed and shared on Instagram.
