The man responsible for putting New Orleans hip hop on the map is the first modern hip hop mogul, Master P. Launching No Limit Records, P showed rappers how to own the game, themselves. Independently, his company signed the game’s biggest artists and managed athletes.
Master P is back and he has a new group, called Money Mafia, which he is pushing. But, Frankie Prada told Hip Hop Vibe the Money Mafia concept was originally his. Members of Prada’s Money Mafia have called out members of Master P’s Money Mafia on social media.
