Last year ended on a sour note for YG and DJ Mustard, as they ended the year as enemies. This is the complete opposite of how they started the year, riding the success of “My Hitta” and “Who Do You Love?” The two singles were massive hits that brought YG to stardom.
When YG and DJ Mustard began dissing each other on Instagram, DJ Self immediately called for peace. He posted photos of them on his Instagram and assured fans they’d make peace. As things usually do, it got worse before it got better, but the two made peace.
DJ Self talked to YG when he came to Power 105.1, after they re-established peace between each other. Obviously, the interview centered around YG and DJ Mustard fighting and then making amends. During the interview, YG and DJ Self went over how each event played out, leading to what happened.
