Back in November, Beanie Sigel was released from prison after serving a two year stint. Before this, Beanie Sigel had a bit of a buzz going and even released an album. In the midst of all this, Beanie Sigel was sent to prison for two years.
Almost as soon as he returned, Beanie Sigel ended up getting shot. The worst part about the shooting is that Beanie Sigel was not even the intended target. There was a period of time when it looked like Beanie Sigel may not survive the shooting.
Yesterday, there were reports of Beanie Sigel having to go through surgery for the shooting that cost him his lung. But, AllHipHop.com says this isn’t true, instead they are saying his lung was only severely damaged. In response to this damage, Beanie Sigel had to have his lung reinflated, but he definitely still has two lungs.
