Every year, Fabolous has managed to end the year on a high note. Often doing mixtapes or EPs, fans gave up on seeing Fabolous release another album. Despite announcing Loso’s Way 2 in 2009, he faced several delays when it came to actually putting the album out.
Fabolous finally managed to release an album with The Young OG Project and he also announced a deal with Jay-Z and Roc Nation. While he did not do any promotion for the album, on the mainstream front, Fabolous kept it very street. He is only pushing street singles, no mainstream.
Still, Fabolous has had the first week results that are on par with most of the mainstream talent. In the five days since his album dropped, Fabolous has sold 71,000 copies on his digital-only album. He took to Instagram to share this news with his followers.
