What helped to solidify the Miami hip hop scene were the efforts of Trick Daddy and Trina, coming years after 2 Live Crew. They were consistent enough to open the necessary doors for DJ Khaled and Rick Ross, years later. But, now that they are two of the game’s biggest names, it looks like Trina has taken more of a background role.

All of this has changed in the final stages of 2014, as she has her single, “Fuck Love,” featuring Tory Lanez, taking over. With this, Trina has gone out and begun to make her rounds with the media. During this run, Trina addressed every situation and answered every question.

Trina even revealed VH1 had plans of doing a “Love & Hip Hop Miami,” which they wanted to build around her. When she went to ThisIs50 Radio, Trina ended up speaking more in-depth about this. During the conversation, Trina explained what turned her off from doing the show.
