A king of the underground hip hop circuit is Big K.R.I.T., who dominated the mixtape scene on up until he signed with Def Jam. Over the summer, Sha Money XL told Hip Hop Vibe how the deal with Big K.R.I.T. came together, as he was the one who signed him. Now, the artist he signed is two albums deep with his longtime label home.

Big K.R.I.T. initially hinted towards releasing his new album in 2013. But, he actually didn’t begin to do much work on the album until the second part of 2013. As everyone knows, the release of the album would happen only days ago, with Cadillactica being the title.

With the album out, Big K.R.I.T. has received a lot of support from many other artists in the industry. Throughout his career, Bun B has always shown support to newer rappers in the game, appearing on a plethora of debut albums and, of course, “Big Pimpin.'” Bun B posted a photo of himself buying Cadillactica, which Bun B shared on Instagram.
