On the comeup in New York is Bishop Nehru, who is from Rockland County. Over the past two years, or so, he has become an increasingly bigger name and made his presence felt on the internet. He did this through his work with MF Doom, as they have joined up for several records.
Bishop Nehru is one of the future stars in the industry and he has co-signs from some of the all-time greats. Among the people who gets down with Bishop Nehru is Nas, so he gave him his co-sign, big for any rapper. But, even with the co-signs, Bishop Nehru grinds like he is unknown.
Recently, Sway featured Bishop Nehru on his “Get In The Game” segment on “Sway In The Morning.” In the interview, Bishop Nehru discussed his work with MF Doom, which helped build his buzz. He also talked about the co-sign from Nas and some of the work he has planned for the future.
