After dominating the mixtape scene, Migos finally broke through on the mainstream and landed a major label deal. They still rep No Label as much as they can, but 2015 will see them release their first major label album. Until then, Migos is dominating the fall with their single, “Black Bottles,” featuring Rick Ross.
This week, Rick Ross has seen his popularity increase, as Hood Billionaire is released on Monday. His music is everywhere in anticipation of the new album and the single he is featured on from Migos definitely benefited. For the trio, which has been involved in a lot of controversy, it has been good for them to have a hit single out.
With the week coming to an end, it’s time to roundup the hottest videos. No two topics provided as much entertainment this week as Migos and Rick Ross. With the two of them uniting for a track, it is hard to overlook their music video dropping, so “Black Bottles” gains the Video of the Week status this week.
