Within the G-Unit camp, it’s 2004-2005 all over again, even if they aren’t receiving the same type of fan reaction they did a decade ago. Earlier this year, 50 Cent surprised the industry when he made peace with Nas and reunited with Young Buck, Lloyd Banks, and Tony Yayo. All of this took place at Summer Jam, which made major headlines.
During the time G-Unit was apart, Young Buck was the most-visible member of the group outside of 50 Cent. Of course, he and 50 Cent had a very public beef and exchanged diss records, but the mutual respect never left. But, Young Buck moved on from the beef and made his mark with the mixtapes.
Recently, Young Buck was in Atlanta and he stopped by Hot 107.9 to talk to DJ Drama and premiere his new single. Yesterday, Young Buck released “Bring My Bottles,” featuring 50 Cent and Tony Yayo. He spoke on the release of the single and G-Unit’s upcoming EP, The Beast Is G-Unit.
