During the 1990s, Coolio made a big impression on the game, with “Gangsta’s Paradise,” but was soon written off as a one hit wonder. But, Coolio released several other albums and remained consistent. His career saw him work with the likes of Dr. Dre, among other major artists.
Earlier this year, Coolio talked to Hip Hop Vibe’s DJ Kelly J in Las Vegas. The interview was long and Coolio discussed several topics during that conversation. Many of the things he discussed here, he went on to speak about when he talked to VladTV, but he recently shared one thing he didn’t discuss with us.
Coolio talked to VladTV and in their latest clip, the topic of Ice-T came up. In the interview, he spoke on how much he learned from Ice-T and he gave him props. While Coolio has love for Ice-T, he still opened up on his impact on the West Coast and let it be known that he is not from Los Angeles.
