Yesterday, a rumor began circulating about J. Cole having a new album in the works. These rumors were brushed off, because J. Cole has done nothing to indicate having a new album coming at all, this year. But, J. Cole did end up confirming that he had something new before the year ended.
J. Cole is back with his latest effort, Forest Hills Drive, which he confirmed was his new album last night. The new album will indeed be released before the end of 2014, coming as a bit of a surprise release. But, the fans are definitely happy J. Cole decided to bless them with something before the year ended.
The official album cover for Forest Hills Drive leaked, with J. Cole releasing it on his profiles on Facebook and Twitter. Along with the release of the artwork, J. Cole also revealed the release date. This one comes right before Christmas, hitting stores and iTunes on December 9.
