In a few more days, Rick Ross will release Hood Billionaire, which is his seventh studio album. The album’s release came as a bit of a surprise, as Rick Ross released Mastermind earlier this year. But, Rick Ross pushed that album back from its original December 2013 release date.

Rick Ross received a lot of influence from Memphis on this new album. So far, features have come from Project Pat, Yo Gotti, Young Dolph, MJG, and K. Michelle. The only single off the album to not have a Memphis feature is the one released last night, “Movin Bass,” which features Jay-Z.

Currently promoting the upcoming album, Rick Ross stopped by Power 106 to talk to J Cruz and Justin Credible of The Liftoff. In their interview, Rick Ross talked about RossFit and how he’s playing basketball to stay healthy. He went into detail about Hood Billionaire and talked about the Jay-Z-assisted single.
