Each week of “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” has become more controversial than the past, as the stakes get higher. Initially, Ray J took on the role of villain on the show, but this title has shifted to Yung Berg. Ironically, the two shared the 2008 hit single, “Sexy Can I,” which serves as one of the bases for their friendship.
Yung Berg’s controversy on the show originally stemmed from his relationship with Hazel-E. Friends with benefits, Hazel-E was pushing for an actual relationship with Yung Berg, which didn’t interest him. Perhaps in efforts to push her away, Yung Berg got close to women close to her, including Teairra Mari and Masika, who went on to be his girlfriend.
The reunion show for “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” recently took place in New York City and Yung Berg was arrested, afterward. He ended up getting into a fight with his girlfriend, later revealed to be Masika. TMZ reported that VH1 fired Yung Berg from the cast after they learned how severe the situation was.
