Popular rapper, Freddie Gibbs, left CTE last summer. After that, he soon began beefing with his former boss, Young Jeezy. His beef came from Jeezy not doing enough to promote him and his music. After being placed with YG, Jeezy jumped right in and they ended up having a lot of mainstream hits.
Freddie Gibbs ended up going solo and blasting Jeezy on records. Recently, Freddie Gibbs has toned down and admitted he can see things from Jeezy’s side. However, he still had to move on. Thus far, Freddie Gibbs has done a good job of moving on, collaborating with many big names, doing countless shows, and releasing an album.
But, after his Brooklyn show, last night, Freddie Gibbs received more than he bargained for, as a shooting broke out. People close to Freddie Gibbs, as he exited, said that he screamed that he was still alive, as victims were taken to Bellvue Hospital. Fans talked about it on Facebook and Freddie Gibbs shared concert photos on Instagram with “Still livin” as the caption.
