Recently, Nicki Minaj broke up with her longtime boyfriend, Safaree “SB” Samuels. Not too long ago, he was praised on television as being the loyal boyfriend. But, he’s portrayed as this since the very beginning, back when Nicki Minaj signed with Young Money and began her mainstream career.
Preparing her third album, Nicki Minaj has a lot going on and she needs her man by her side. Surely, though, always being portrayed as the tag along boyfriend is something Safaree got tired of. Now, it’s being said that this was the root of the breakup between the once-happy couple.
TMZ reported that Safaree got tired of being the guy in the background and wanted the spotlight. This, however, was something he and Nicki Minaj agreed wouldn’t happen from day one. But, when it became a problem, she ended the relationship and now he has the tough task of removing his tattoo of her face.
