Most know Project Pat best for his 2001 hit single, “Chicken Head,” which is held up in regards as a Southern classic. Mostly, Project Pat has stayed on the mixtape scene since then, dropping mixtapes and street albums. These projects have included some mainstream features and will continue to.
Last September, Project Pat talked to Hip Hop Vibe about his continuation of his popular mixtape series, Cheez N Dope, and about DJ Scream. Ironically, DJ Scream also had a conversation with Hip Hop Vibe, via DJ Charlie Hustle during the 2014 BET Hip Hop Awards weekend.
But, Project Pat is back to work with DJ Scream and Cheez N Dope 3 is the latest project. He put a lot into this new release and has a bunch of guests planned. Among these includes Nasty Mane (who now goes by King Ray), Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J, and Rick Ross, as he made this announcement on Instagram.
