When the spring began, MiMi Faust went from being one in a large number of reality television stars to being the most-discussed name in urban news. All of this was courtesy of a sextape her and then-boyfriend, Nikko Smith, starred in. Their sextape broke only days before “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” returned to VH1, thus driving the story.
MiMi Faust gained a lot of press and overall attention for her part in the sextape. It practically drove the season, especially for MiMi and everyone in her circle. She got all types of press and was even able to gain the attention of a certain magazine publisher who is her co-star.
But, MiMi Faust was on a much bigger stage when she was at the 2014 BET Hip Hop Awards, a few days back. Tonight, the BET Hip Hop Awards aired and Snoop Dogg included MiMi Faust in one of his skits. The skit was a play on her doing a GGN interview and then Snoop Dogg asking her about the sextape.
