Big things are on the horizon for Drake, who has finally earned the right to rest. He needs to rest up, because he already promised to own the spring of 2015 and his new album will be in full swing by then. Even during his break, Drake is still out here getting work, taking his team to St. Marteen.
By 2009, Drake found himself the biggest mixtape rapper in the game. A year later, Drake was the biggest new artist in the game and soon the biggest artist out, period. Hip hop has struggled to find an identity in this semi-post-Jay-Z culture, but Drake is slowly emerging as the game’s new leader.
Relaxing wasn’t all Drake did in St. Marteen, as he and P. Reign hit the town. There are a couple of photos up on Drake’s Instagram of him and P. Reign in the club. They seem to be performing in these pics, so they are keeping the club’s guests highly entertained, as Drake’s position is established in the game and P. Reign is next up.
