Going on fifteen years have passed since Big Pun passed away. Currently, his son is fast becoming one of the rising figures in the game. His name is Chris Rivers and he is one of the game’s most-anticipated new stars and he told Hip Hop Vibe about how he was inspired by his father.
Recently, Big Pun’s wife filed a lawsuit against Fat Joe, which is one of multiple. It is all but obvious that times are hard for Big Pun’s family, as a lot of time has passed since his death, but it may be that times are extremely hard for them. A newscast has given some reason to believe Big Pun’s mother was involved in a bank robbery.
The newscast has Gail Simpson in police custody for robbing a Wells Fargo in Miami. Of course, Big Pun’s mother is named Gail Tirado, but Simpson shares a strong facial resemblance to her fellow Gail. Speculation has led some to believe Simpson may be the alias of Big Pun’s mother.
