Time has gone by so fast, it’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since Mack Wilds talked to Hip Hop Vibe. During the summer of 2013, the Hip Hop Vibe staff stepped it up and recruited heavy hitters to begin covering the game, more. DJ Louie Styles joined the team and soon Mack Wilds was sitting down with him.
Behind the scenes, DJ Louie Styles had a crazy day just getting to the location in time. At the last possible minute, DJ Louie Styles ended up running down the street just to get there before time ran out. Fate was on DJ Louie Styles and Hip Hop Vibe’s side and the interview went down and Mack Wilds is a very patient person, as is his team.
During a recent conversation, the story of DJ Louie Styles preparing for the Mack Wilds interview came up. Right then, the whole team decided this would be the feature to use for the Throwback Thursday. Let’s revisit early October 2013, as Mack Wilds talks about his debut album, New York: A Love Story.
