Although he released albums prior to, Jim Jones didn’t receive his big break in 2006, higlighted by his “We Fly High” single. The song spawned a star-studded remix and a beef with Jay-Z that few will forget. Years have passed, but Jim Jones continues to be a fixture within the rap game.
Jim Jones has done a lot since his first big break as an artist, including becoming a reality star on VH1. He had roles on “Love & Hip Hop” and later “Chrissy & Mr. Jones,” where he was a major presence. Back focused on music, Jim Jones caused quite a stir when a negative message about Dame Dash showed up on his Instagram.
This morning, Jim Jones stopped by Power 105.1 to talk to Revolt TV’s “The Breakfast Club” and he discussed his current moves. Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy talked to Jim Jones about his reality TV history and Dame Dash. He also discussed possibly being on the G-Unit/L.O.X. tour, and much more.
