Every summer since 2006, DJ Khaled has released a new album and a major hit every year. Starting out, DJ Khaled built his name with Rick Ross and he since expanded to working with Jay-Z on music. Since then, DJ Khaled continued to work and he made himself the Miami ambassador to the world.
DJ Khaled has been very vocal about the Miami Heat since LeBron James joined the team. He was very vocal during the 2014 NBA Finals, when the Heat lost and he thanked LeBron James for his time when he left the team. This led up to his headphone line being in the works.
This morning, DJ Khaled talked to “The Breakfast Club” trio of Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy about his work. He talked about the Miami Heat and culture of his city, his headphone line, consistently releasing music, and his success. In addition to other things, DJ Khaled spoke on doing radio again.
