Originally one half of Floetry, Marsha Ambrosius became a major R&B star after appearing on hooks for many of the biggest rappers out. But, Marsha Ambrosius made her solo move in 2011. Her Late Nights and Early Mornings album was successful and the “Far Away” single was a major hit for her.

Marsha Ambrosius is currently promoting her Friends & Lovers album and it comes after many transitions. Often, it is said that Dr. Dre’s work process leads to artists leaving the label and Marsha Ambrosius is one of them. During her time working under Aftermath, Marsha Ambrosius made her rounds on rap hooks.

This morning, Marsha Ambrosius visited Power 105.1 to talk to “The Breakfast Club” about her new album. Since the title is Friends & Lovers and Charlamagne Tha God asked literal questions based on the title. No DJ Envy, but Angela Yee was present, as she spoke on Dr. Dre, sex, lesbianism, and much more.
