During the day and age of the supermogul, there was no one bigger or better than Damon Dash. When Roc-A-Fella Records reached its height, not even Puff Daddy, under any moniker, could touch him. But, the situation happened and then hard times occurred.
There has been a lot said about Damon Dash’s finances and he said a lot of the reports are exaggerated. Former business partner, Jay-Z, was asked about Damon Dash’s financial situation and he said he was confident he would work it out. Currently, he has several businesses that deal in art.
Recently, Kevin Hart made a post on Instagram for Throwback Thursdays and he reflected on Paper Soldiers. The film is a Damon Dash production and he tagged him in the post. In the comments under it, Damon Dash was more than likely joking, but he asked Kevin Hart about giving him some money.
