Finally focused on Blacc Hollywood, Wiz Khalifa released the “We Dem Boyz” single and promised a remix. It was then revealed that Nas would be featured on the remix of the record. Recently, the “We Dem Boyz” remix was released and Wiz Khalifa features Nas, ScHoolboy Q, and Rick Ross.
Nas took a little time off after releasing Life is Good, but he is beginning to get himself back out there. The timing is perfect, because there is never a bad time for Nas to return with new music. Doing records like Wiz Khalifa’s “We Dem Boyz” is something few people would expect from him.
While Nas was in New Orleans for the 2014 Essence Music Festival, Sharon Carpenter caught up with him for Revolt TV. Earlier this summer, Nas appeared on Revolt Live with DJ Damage. But, they had him in New Orleans and he discussed his appearance on “We Dem Boyz.”
