It goes without saying exactly what Raekwon has brought to the game over the past couple of decades. As a member of the Wu-Tang Clan, Raekwon is a part of many classic hip hop moments. Currently, Raekwon is working on his new album, F.I.L.A., which was first announced in 2012.
Fly International Luxurious Art is the title of the album and Raekwon is preparing to release it later this year. The first single off the album, “Call of Duty” with Akon, was recently released and is taking off. Raekwon has plans of releasing his new album on the same day as Game and 50 Cent.
Microphone Bully recently had Raekwon call in and he discussed F.I.L.A. and his upcoming performance at the 2014 Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival. He spoke on this and his growth with his new music. Expect to hear a lot from Raekwon as the year of 2014 presses on.
