Pharrell talks creativity, “Happy” being a gospel song, and more with Big Boy’s Neighborhood [VIDEO]

In a world filled with doom and gloom, the world needed something. Seeing how Pharrell was responsible for last year’s big hit with “Blurred Lines” by Robin Thicke, also featuring Pharrell with T.I. “Blurred Lines” wasn’t all that Pharrell put together in 2013, he also brought the world “Happy.”

However, it wasn’t until only a few months ago when “Happy” emerged and took over the airwaves. Pharrell has since inspired millions of people with his song and he brought the world together. The year of 2014 is already going down in history as one of the toughest ever, but Pharrell made at least three minutes of it easier.

Pharrell recently paid a visit to Power 106 in Los Angeles for Big Boy’s Neighborhood and he discussed a lot. Many people want to know about Pharrell’s creative process and he broke it down. He also broke down “Happy” and how his true intent for the song is to make it a gospel song.
