Los Angeles is a scene to pay attention to and they’ve shown the entire game what they’re about. Young Sam is one of the hottest up-and-coming artists in the game from the Los Angeles area. Last year, Young Sam released his Wake & Bake project, talking to Hip Hop Vibe’s DJ Kid Fresh about the project.
Young Sam is a rising talent and a good friend who has created more opportunities than he may realize. Another project Young Sam released last year was The Perfect Prescription, which we collaborated on. Since that tape, a lot of good things have happened on both of our ends.
For Young Sam, he has continued collaborating with the West Coast talent. He recently appeared on AvLMKR’s “This D” single and now he is getting it in with another Los Angeles artist. Ben J, best-known for being a part of the New Boyz, is working on new music and Young Sam got him in the studio.
