By 2010, Yelawolf became one of the biggest independent artists in the game, hailing from the Deep South. Yelawolf is a native of Alabama and his sound, vocally, was similar to Eminem. Once these comparisons began to make major headlines, Eminem signed Yelawolf to Shady Records.
Currently, Eminem is promoting his The Marshall Mathers LP 2 album. The current single picking up is “The Monster,” featuring Rihanna. His new record is his latest Rihanna collaboration and the song is his latest chart-topper, but the single is from last year.
For 2014, Yelawolf’s Slumerican Records revealed Eminem will have one project coming this year. According to a Facebook post, Slumerican Records revealed that Eminem and Yelawolf are doing an EP together. This new EP is coming before his second album, Love Story.
