A relative newcomer to the game is Pell, who happens to be from New Orleans. Already, Pell is in the mix with some of the biggest powerplayers in hip hop and his moves are already being made on a major scale. Continuing his run, Pell debuted his “Dollar Store” single today, which is taken from his Floating While Dreaming project and produced by Ludwig Goransson.
