The past two years saw Chief Keef find a way to make it out of the Chicago streets with his music. This rise has not been without controversy, as each Chicago artist has come out much more street than the previous one. Fredo Santana was name-dropped on “I Don’t Like” with Lil Reese warning of his emergence.
Since then, Fredo Santana has had a graceful rise to fame, as have many of the other affiliates of GBE. Blood Money is a member of the crew who rose to popularity over the past couple of years. Unfortunately, Blood Money is the one who is no longer here in the physical sense.
There are no details explaining what happened, but Blood Money is dead, according to posts on Twitter from Fredo Santana and others. This news comes as a bit of a surprise, seeing how Blood Money appeared on Chief Keef’s “F*ck Rehab” record. But, this is the situation and now there is another life gone and condolences from Hip Hop Vibe’s team go out to Blood Money and his family.
