At one point, it looked as if Chris Brown would walk away from his charges and the potential four years in prison. But, a probation violation hindered Chris Brown from moving forward with his life after several complications. What initially happened was Chris Brown beating a man up in Washington, DC.
Previously, Chris Brown was still on probation for his infamous Rihanna fight that took place in 2009. After getting into the fight with the man in DC, Chris Brown decided to go to rehab. Getting kicked out of rehab led to Chris Brown having to stand trial.
Monday was the hearing and Chris Brown and his bodyguard could face six months in prison and a $1,000 fine. But, due to the Rihanna situation from 2009, it could be a bigger problem for Chris Brown. Because of that still in his record, Chris Brown potentially faces four years behind bars.
